help wth warning signs of a crazy roomate

So I lagged behind everyone else in finding roommates and an apartment for the next school year for college, so i ended up rooming with a friend from a couple of my econ classes. He told me that he had a friend to live with also.

So i meet this guy and hes this messy as hell asian art major who seemed nice enough. I figured if hes messy, he'll be messy in his own space.

Anyways, when we found an apt and were in the process of signing a lease, we had to fill out the application, and it asked a lot of normal questions, such as SS nunber, DL number, Bank reference, address, the normal stuff.

So while I was filling this out, he kept muttering "what the [censored], how am i supposed to know this [censored]". And he was looking at the address line. I was like "dude, put the address of your dorm". He was like "ARE YOU SURE? I DONT THINK THE DORM COUNTS" and I gave him the weirdest look ever.

So anyways, the landlord was in the process of showing other apts while we filled out forms out. The roommate realizes hes late for work. He then started to panic putting his hands on his ears repeating "I cant take this [censored]". He started to have what appeared to be a panic attack. So we pay the deposit and the landlord says we can leave now. So before I get up, he sprints down the hall screaming as loud as he can. They were crazy shrieks.

Then the landlord says "You can't run down the hall yelling" And i was like "oh [censored] is this guy crazy"
