I fold river but the turn is an easy bet.

UTG min raises preflop...strength or just bad player?? You'd fold out 99 or 1010 on flop most of the time and definitely on turn if you fired again.. I definitely think turn bet is pretty important though. His range is probably something like 910, Q10, QJ, and maybe JJ QQ (if he chose to slowplay)...which leads me to think river fold is a smart play.
