Zelda has to win. For those of you disagreeing, it must be before your time. Zelda coming out was probably up there w/ the invention of TV or the microwave. It was jaw-dropping.

Contra and Zelda can't be on the same vote.

Staring at the two names and realizing I had to choose one made me nauseas.

I remember perusing a Nintendo Power magazine like 10 years after the original Zelda came out and it was still being ranked top 3. That was after a few years where it had cooled off. I remember being amazed at how high it was rated. It is a great game, though.

It's amazing the leap from, say, Atari to Nintendo. I mean by 1987..within the first year or so, Nintendo had games such as SMB, Metroid, Double Dribble, Zelda, and Tyson's Punch-Out. When we got the Nintendo we boxed our Atari up and put it in the closet for years without playing it again. Eventually we gave it and all our games to my cousin for a birthday present. lol.

Tecmo Super Bowl was for the Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo.

Tecmo Bowl was for the NES. But yes, I agree, best game ever.

Dude, I've got my Tecmo Super Bowl nintendo cartridge in my hand right now. It's got some white dude on it in a NYG jersey it looks like. He's holding a football and looks mean. Probably a tight end.
