European comanies outsourcing to America?

Minimum wages are not the issue because chinese labour is still far cheaper. In many European countries there is in fact a shortage of skilled labour in many sectors, which is threatening industrial growth.
Don't beleieve they will start paying americans above market wages because of it though.
