And again, if you're going to call this inhumane (which I don't think it is), how is this very different than spaying or neutering in that regard?

[/ QUOTE ]

There's a vast difference, which you don't seem to emotionally or intellecutally grasp. Let's try this...

Which would consider worse. Losing your tonsils or having your foot cut off?

My cat is 20 pounds and rules all that he surveys. Unless someone knocks on the door, in which case he sprints to our bedroom and hides under the bed for a couple of hours.

Yea, had a monster cat like that. 17 lbs, huge shoulders, but loved people and was very vocal. But any loud noise and he sprinted and crawled up under the covers of the bed and stayed there for an hour...

wooo i get to post pics of my cat. adopted her about a month and a half ago. shes been great. i was at home with her all day at first, but now shes home all day alone and so far seems fine. uses the scratching post and doesn't mess with anything. doesn't go on counters at all unless shes going to the window above the kitchen sink. she doesn't jump on the couch or in bed with us though, which we actually want her to do. damn whoever trained her well before us.

hedxcold,

Goddamn your cat's coloring is awesome! I dig the black front legs and white hind legs. How old?

Here are two pics of the first one I got. First pic is of it the week I got it over a year ago, second one is from a month or two ago:

when we got the papers from the adoption place about her shots, they said she was a year and four months in july. so i guess that makes her a year and 8 months now?
she had been nursing before we adopted her so she was pretty thin, but she's filling out now

your cats arms look really long in that second pic
