Default 200nl can I extract any better?

No reads on villain, changing computers and no PT/PaHUD yet. Got in a couple of tangles with villain, who hasnt shown any signs of being a donk, but has shown he can bite back.

I thought about calling and checking the river, but if he is trying to see where he is with a KQ type hand, then he will just check behind seeing as I called the turn RR.

This is probably the best line to take. You could flat-call and donk all-in on the river, hoping a free card might help him, but the line you took is fine.

Trouble is most cards that improve his hand improve it to beat us. Shove now and get value from draws, he probably won't fold any made hand he is raising this turn with.
