Default Squeezing Questions

Is there a difference in the multiple of the original raise that you reraise to in a squeeze depending on the size of the original raise? For example, if there is a 3xbb open and a call, and you raise to 3.5x that raise, do you also raise to 3.5x the raise if its a 4bb open?

Does your raise size change based on the position of the opener/caller, your hand, opponent, effective stacks etc.?

What do you raise to normally when you squeeze?

Applied Example:

5/10 6 max 100b effective stacks

you have QQ in sb. MP opens to 30, button calls, you make it ?.

you have QQ in sb. MP opens to 40, button calls, you make it ?.

I'm not exactly sure what the right answer is here. If you raise to say 3.5x the raise whether its a 3bb or 4bb open you offer better implied odds if its a 3bb open, but if you raise bigger it may be too big for anyone to give action. This is probably just a math problem in some respects, but I don't know how to do it. I do think it changes based on some of the factors I talked about above but I'm not sure to what degree.

110-120/140 respectively. These will probably be the lowest numbers given.

135 & 180 - I usually go for 3.5x the original raise + the dead money in the pot, I might lower it if I'm in position.
