Yeah a lot of you guys are overthinking this Rhynie casino-owner dude. He won a tourney, does that make him good? I don't know the answer, maybe his is good, but he's playing 60% of hands with very deep stacks. He tanked for a minute, which isn't "zomg I have a huge hand let me get these chips in and this other guy out in case he has a flush draw or something" -- it's something he had to think about.
This isn't close IMHO. Get the chips in.

if there is like no risk whatsoever that BB folds to the additional 8k (which I think holds true) and you are >90% sure he has QQ+ this is a very easy push imo sinse you are a big favourite to win the sidepot even if you lose the main pot.

In case you didn't follow WPT Turks and Caicos. Rhynie Campbell owned the casino he needed to buy a bunch of his friends in to try and cover the $1,000,000 guarantee. 10k is meaningless to him and it wouldn't be that surprising if he called with AT or something. I would call.

I can see how you could consider folding bottom set there, however from your overall description of the situation, with: "I was fairly sure the AA guy was going to call if I pushed for 7,000 more", and "I didnt think Rhynie could have QT here, but looking back, he easily could have" (in other words: thinking that he would give up PF with hands like QT, was a mistake), and from the overall feel that these are 2 bad players, folding seems weak.
