Default BEAT: I spit out small metal pieces

About a month or so out of nowhere I felt something hard between my teeth, I got curious wtf this was, so I spit it out and looked and it and it was a small metal plate about 4-5 mm long and maybe 1-2mm wide and very thin with riles paralell in the long direction. I thought it would have to be something from the food or some drink or something and did not bother too much. Then about a week later I got the same feeling again and spit out an identical plate. I thought, funny, must have been more in that food/drink and hid in my stomach or throat or something. But then, today, about a month later it happened again, speaking on the phone and then suddenly this hard feeling. This whole thing makes absolutely no sense. What is this, something from my dentist?

I thought they were made from some flexible material, not rigid plates, or are these for support? It seems to come from my teeth, because it does not smell like as it has been in the stomach.

They are filled in and then they harden to a metal like substance. Ask your dentist, and I'm 90% sure this is what is. It's probably the top of your fillings coming off

I don't have a camera, but it is anyway really too small to take a good picture, you don't even see the riles without looking at a few centimeters distance.
