Default Starting up a new poker room

I have been asked by a casino manager in Europe to help him start up a pokerroom (the casino already has a large customer base, but has never offered any form of poker). I am interested in every kind of advice that you guys have as the manager is very openminded and very dynamic and thus willing to try to do things the best way and not necessarily the common way. I am going there on sunday to meet the assigned staff and educate them, so any advice received before then will be very much appreciated.
