Depends how tight you feel like playing. I'd say either is fine fold/call; I'd tend to fold it cos I dont like the 44 combo too much, but sometimes I'm a nit.

Imo 2344 single suited facing a pot sized raise is a clear fold, especially in a tournament in the early/mid stages when you don't have 200+ big blinds.
