Default Tournament Planning

I'm sure this question has been asked a ton of times but I was wondering if anyone knew of a resource or link to an old thread here that had suggestions on running a NLHE tournament? In particular one that would have some guidelines for starting chips, blind/ante structures, how long each blind level lasts, payout structure, etc. Some guidelines and suggestions for handling re-buys and add-ons would be nice as well. Essentially we would like to have run a charity tournament for between 20-30 people that would last 4-5 hours but general advice on planning to have "x" number of people with "x" amount of time would be most welcome. I apologize if this is in the wrong forum or the answer is located in an FAQ elsewhere but I don't spend much time in any of the tourney related forums here. Thank you.

I think you have a better chance at the Home Poker forum (here on 2+2)
