edit: I have never signed up for this company to receive rakeback. I don't like pop-ups asking me for a username and password. I this I posted this in the wrong forum. sorry.

I am sorry what kind of pop up are you getting and in what site are you when the pop up occurs?

it was while surfing this site and it was secure sign-in pop-up that asked for username and password.

this sounds like a phising site to me that you keep bumping into. No way in hell is any pop up that asks for name and password legit.
