TITN: Still no rake after 6 days of play
Im posting this for a buddy of mine.
He has been playing for 6 days and there still isn't any rake showing up under his statement. I can't imagine that this is normal because mine showed up in less than 24 hours.

Did he try emailing TITN? If he hasn't that is almost always the best thing to do first and at least give them 24 hours to respond. You can also try PM'ing TITN here.

Agreed, the best thing to do is email us at support@thisisthenuts.com. We normally respond to emails in 2 hours or less, but always 24 hours or less. We'll need to know your buddy's poker room account name and email address. Also, please make sure he is the one who emails us. We will only talk directly to the customer for security reasons.
