Villain is 21/18/3 over 220 hands and has a 47% att to steal.

With such a high steal% I felt 3betting with AQs was for value. However, I've never seen him 4bet preflop before . If I'd had AK, I think I would've had no problem shoving, but with AQs, I think it was really marginal. Am I being too nitty here if I fold?

Ick. I think you fold. Best situation is AJ, but I don't think that's very likely, so the best realistic situation is a coin flip, with a good chance that you're crushed.

I would keep 3betting him, though, and if he does this again, be more willing to take a stand.

4betting at 50NL is rarely light. Your fold isn't nitty.

at 50 i fold.

also, AQ in the blinds against an open stealer (HJ-BTN) is always (like 92% of the time) a 3b
