Default 1/2 AA should I raise at any point? (6max)

This person is new to table, iirc. BB I mean.

i at least raise the flop; this is aq/ak/tt some of the time. if he raises over then i don't mind calling down after that.

I would call down.

I would only raise the flop if I think that AQ+ and TT+ is within his capping range (about top 5%). I would call a 3 bet, and calling down but folding the river UI.
