FTP - make the "show full tables" button clicked by default

If many MSNLers didn't noticed it (this is from reading the monthly thread), then i imagine how confused the fishes were that suddenly there were almost no tables...

The "show full tables" button is my default. After the upgrade it wasn't, but after I checked the option it remained the default. Also, there were 2 minor changes to the original 11/1/07 upgrade, they may have changed it there.

all the fishies were prolly trying to join the full tables, then they were gone so they quit poker! good job FTP!

yes this change seems to have really confused "the fish" lol
