Call again. From his perspective, it looks like you have Kings or Queens.

if u r going to 3bet PF then make it at least $12.
Bet that flop, you hit your ace. SB took control of the hand on the turn and now you have a very tough decision on the river.

he has an ace, you are playing for a split here, or he has u crushed with AJ+.

The reason I check the flop is to try to keep the pot smaller. Hes not super aggressive and if he had AJ+ and just calls I still wouldn't know where I stand.
If I bet flop, do I fold to a c/r?

If you're going for pure value here by checking, you have to call whatever on the turn/river. You got him betting inyo you with TP in a 3bet pot, is this not what you wanted?

Flop check is good cause you either WA/WB. He probably c/fs all non A/7 hands to a flop bet so checking allows him to bluff later streets and you to lose less when your behind

Id probably call river cause Im a station

check behind is perfect on the flop. It's a WA/WB situation. If you're betting, you're just hoping that he's got a weaker A. SB absolutely does not have "control of the hand" here, because we know we're good most of the time, but betting is only marginally +EV. Tough decision on the river? No, it's an insta-call because it was setup perfectly by the flop check.

If we bet the flop and got called, THEN we would have a tough decision.

Call river. Betting the flop is pretty bad IMO. Who cares if "sb took control of the hand"? Being a TAG is not about being aggressive all the time.

I like the flop check, but I'm not sure about what to do on the river. Villain is passive...do you really think he's bluffing here? This really looks like AJAQAK to me. River agg factor would help here a lot. In my experience, this is a call at 100 and a fold at 200 because villains bluff river a lot more at 100. Either way it's close, so what you do doenst matter all that much.
