not able to import hands with pt from ongame

Everytime i'm trying to add my hh's from ongame to pt i receive the following error message:

Unable to get the game number(2)...P4-51964633-363

but

How can i fix this ?

Did you install PT update for Ongame? Here's a link to the patch on PT forums, click .

Also if you click on Help button in PT>Ongame (PokerRoom) import window, you can see exact instructions for importing hands, might want to check it out if you got something wrong there.
