Villian is PlzeaseDontCallMe i have him running at 20/16/3 over 300 hands.. no specific reads but he seems to be opening with a wild range... what should i do here??

I'd also lean towards c/r'ing the flop a bit more here.

9 could have given him an overset, 2 pair, a straight; I'm only really worried about QQ,KQ or QJ as his holdings with a Q in it and i'm not so worried about an overset because i don't believe they exist. All you can do is shove.
