Very strange hand. Preflop raise is fine as long as the limpers are loose.

Reads are nice for the flop. I might just call here, if BB 3-bets and UTG+1 caps then it's pretty clear you are in 3rd place. If you 3-bet and BB caps, who knows what UTG has. Either way, I think there's a chance you are behind on the flop, so I don't want to put in too many bets.

I bet this river never. BB's hand screams like a straight that got scared when the board paired, or he was betting a draw the whole way. We know UTG+1 has some sort of hand, and you are chopping with any King.
