I think that unless you have a good reason to suspect that he is making this move with hands like 88 or As2s much more often than with better hands like AsJs, Kx, TT, KTs, etc, that you should give him credit for the big hand and lay it down this time.

If he is bluffing, how often is a player at the higher limits min-raise bluffing an unknown? I would think you'd have to be pretty sure that you weren't going to get weak calls if you were to use this bluff in lieu of a pot sized bluff that way. Unless of course you were setting up for a bigger turn bluff, which would still suck for JJ. I'd think you'd want to have a pretty good idea of how a given villain would interpret this before you pull it out of the bag. This would seem to argue more strongly that this is a raise for value. I don't use this bluff at NL200, so maybe this thinking doesn't apply.
