Hey, Rip arguing with the officials there only cost the Pistons 4 points.

It's time for some new Man Law commercials. It's getting old.

Why does Joey Crawford always jog half way to the other side of the court before making the call? That's pretty friggin annoying right now...

I've been wrong so many times this playoff season...

[ QUOTE ]

forget game 5. if we have any championship resolve left Game 5 should be a gimme. if we lose game 5 at home, we will need major offseason overhauls.

Game 6 will be the series decider.

Detroit played "well" offensively and shot only 42.9%.

Detroit played "well" defensively and Miami still shot 44.2% even with Shaq missing some of his gimmes.

Miami shoots 30% from the free throw line. Payton 0/2, Haslem 0/3, and Wade 1/3 give them 4 of those free throws and this game is a little different down the stretch and Shaq/Wade wouldn't be sitting the last 2 minutes.

Detroit won this game but things just don't look that promising for Game 6. If Detroit can finally show up and play like the Pistons who won a championship this series is their's for the taking, but it's been awhile since you've seen those Pistons and there's no sign they are coming back in time to save the season...shoot, even if they do show up it might be too late to save the season...

You can play that game either way. If the officials make the right call on Rip's drive, it's a 6 point swing.

Pistons played a great game against a great team, played efficient offense and missed a bunch of shots they could have made, and played pretty good defense especially when it counted.

And now they've put themselves in a position where they have to win one tough road game. They win it, and it's a clean slate with home court advantage against a gutpunched opponent.

Pistons played better, but the Heat played quite poorly.

Crap load of turnovers, a bunch had nothing to do with the Pistons D, just classic lazy passes by the Heat. [censored] of missed free throws and virtually nobody scored besides Shaq and Wade...

Game 6 is big but against this Pistons team I could easily see Miami still winning a game 7.

Against the Larry Brown Pistons of old...no way the Pistons lose.

Should be a great game 6 and possibly game 7.
Hopefully both series go 7 games.

Charlie, I agree with every single one of your points.

But a win is a win, and I'll take it.
