Default Last hand UB BJ tourney

Player #1 has 61K and acts first, Player #2 has 68K. Player 2 acts first, Both have secret actions remaining.

Dealer has a 6 up.
Player 1 has KQ
Player 2 has AJ

Player 1 makes a secret bet of 25K
He is dealt KQ
He splits to a K2, which he hits to a 20
His other split is to a Q4, which he stands on.

Player 2 has a secret bet of 25K and is dealt a blackjack. He chooses to double down instead of taking his blackjack.

Please evaluate the actions of these players.

25k is max?

does each player see the other's actions?

if those are both correct, both players played it great (other than hitting on the 12 vs. 6 of course)

25K is maximum bet (500 is minimum)
Yes, actions were visible.
Player one saw the other player's AJ, but didn't know his bet.
Player two got to see that player one had split his facecards, hit one to a 20 and stood stiff on the other. Didn't know the wager amount.

I thought that both players made errors. I'm waiting to see what Toonces has to say.

player 1 has no chance but to split, as pretty much any bet amount from 2 will beat him with his 3:2

player 2, seeing this, decided to double. I don't agree with this nearly as much, cause he's risking way too much to win little

if player 1 hadn't have hit his 12 to 20, doubling is probably better
