Me likes your raise, can't really see him call a shove here because I don't agree that a PSB on the river allways have to be a very good hand.

I like your raise..
The pot would have $11.25 X 3 if U call = $33.75
By re-raising +30 you give them a chance to push back

But at that level of game, I have seen many an insta call as well...with aces and the like when they hit the river ace,
They are hoping for the card and it comes... they never see the wheel...

So either is ok...
