Softest Non-US Site for Sng's

I know this is the type of thread that gets locked, hope it wont [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]. Once I am in Mexico next month, I figured I'd switch over to Party. But are there even better alternatives? I hear Pokerroom is soft. Wondering how active their site is. Any knowledge on the softest sites with regular games going?
