Ventrilo Interest? (KOTKP or Otherwise)

Ventrilo is a program which lets you engage in voice chat with other users in real time.

This idea was brought up in the KOTKP thread, but the scope of the issue is much larger. I've had this situation for a while. It hasn't been a problem since I ignored by only mentioning it to very few 2p2ers in the first place. The main idea is that I have admin powers over a respectably sized ventrilo server that meets all our current needs. If the entirety of 2p2 used it, it would no longer support the users. I have some options though, mainly investing to expand the server limits. To get a feel, I have an actually useful poll.

For the logic/technology impaired, you will need speakers, a microphone, and a play area where people won't mind listening to you and others converse about whatever.

It's not uncommon to have AIM chat rooms about general poker/sweating/tournaments/just chatting. How does voice interaction sound?

Edit: Actually, I take it back. There is a still a text chatting option within the program which could allow for one person to type as others talk.
