Default 10NL FTP Table Selection

Anyone have general guidelines on what tables to sit at at 10NL FTP. I'm not used to practicing table selection because on UB every table has 5 30/10/1 players. But at FTP every table has 5 18/18/3 players. Is two players with a VPIP of over 30 a good guideline? How many hands do you datamine at a table before you decide to sit down? Is position of an open seat an important factor in what tables you choose? Thanks

I don't use software, and use to select tables by the Plr/flp %, however I've recently been told that I should look at Hnd/Hr as when this is lower that is an indication that more hands are going to showdown.
