PLO.25, Fire away on this turn?
No specific read on either villain, they both seem like your standard mediocre SSPLO player. Bombs away? Or check behind?

Re: PLO.25, Fire away on this turn?
Flop - You gotta pot this. Please.
Turn - I really don't see a problem going into check/call mode at this point. If you throw out a 1/3 - 1/2 psb here sb could easily come over top w/ his measly stack and then what? Check behind them on turn as well. River - If a 2,5,6, or 7 comes on the river I check and probably don't call a bet from either OP. If a spade hits I'm probably calling most sized bets from either OP |

Re: PLO.25, Fire away on this turn?
half pot is the play I've come to like the best here. if CO comes over the top you're beat often enough to fold. If he calls you can c/f the river pretty safely. If he calls with a draw then you take down a note.
flop bets represent sets, and it's cheap to follow through on that turn so go ahead. |

Re: PLO.25, Fire away on this turn?
I check behind for sure here. I cant see any good reason to bet this turn.

Re: PLO.25, Fire away on this turn?
If this turn hurts you, you were behind on the flop. Where is the standard SSPLO player's c/r? Seems like a turn c-bet should be standard in this spot. I would bet $10-$12.

So you dont think its possible hero was behind on flop/ drawing dead on turn here? [/ QUOTE ] Anything is possible, but it's an irrelevant point. What's more likely is what you should be asking. If you believe that it's very likely you're drawing dead, then check fold may be the way to go. If you feel its very likely that you are against weaker draws and/or weaker made hands, then bet. If you're somewhere in between, lean towards betting. |

Re: PLO.25, Fire away on this turn?
i like a check because there are a lot of slowplayers around and they like to trap and usually dont call the flop here too lightly, also we are not too likely to get outdrawn in case we are ahead i think.
