If my turn aggro factor is too low which of these is the most likely explanation? A combination of all of them in about equal measure?

1. Not being aggro enough preflop (i.e. not raising/3b enough) meaning I don't have the lead/initiative post and am thus this less likely to be the one betting/raising
2. Not value betting enough when I think I have the best hand
3. Not value raising enough when I think I have the best hand
4. Checking through for "pot control" too much
5. Not bluff betting/raising with position enough in obvious spots (for example, raising lame steal attempts when flop is chk'd through)
6. Not semi-bluff shoving or s-bluff c/rai enough with big draws (FD + pair etc.)
7. Not double barrelling enough

Fwiw, I think #2 must be a major reason, #7 not so much. Any other reasons? Thoughts?

your turn AF is prob low than flop AF, due to you giving up after cbetting.

A low river AF may however be indicative of missing value bets, or getting rivered a heap or both or neither. Reviewing hands will shed light upon that.

Chomp are you coming to AC with us in the future months? It's only 4,000 miles from you right? For me it's roughly about 2-3 hours to get to AC from Eastern PA so long as traffic going through Philly isn't that bad.

I've personally done rather well in my 10 trips to AC since turning 21. I've won 9 of the trips, but a few of those trips I only managed to win a few $ being the nit that I am at times lol... but when people talk about the skill level of 1/2 NL live, it seriously is just as hard as $25 NL online.

I love playing the grandparents who are like 60+ and can't fold A7 on like a AJ10 board. rofl.

if it keeps up ill be able to take a shot at 50NL in a week or two...i guess 2 tabling on a weekend will be safest...but hell i need to stop being pushed off my c-bets every single time by then

and ill be leaving for a live poker trip friday hopefully, till wednesday...down in the florida panhandle (since im not 21 yet and my state has any gambling except the lottery illegal)
