Absolutely brutal.

Although judging from the way people flock to the sit-n-ripoffs they run, no one cares.

I'm sure you gys know this but i believe the borgata did this to compete with the Taj midnight tournaments, which are event raked worse at:
$38+$12 which is a 31% rake.

The borgata structure is way better and lower rake.

Taj structure is:
THE MIDNIGHT EVENT WHICH WILL RECEIVE $12,000 IN TOURNAMENT CHIPS.

What you don't find out until you get there is that it is 12 minute levels. So 2000 less chips but better rake and longer levels the borgata i believe is trying to corner the late night tournament market. But the taj runs these for higher buyins on the weekends and borgata will not. Probably due to the lareg amount of cash games. maybe they can be convinced to run them for higher stakes on the weekend as for most NL tournaments the borgata has pretty good structures for daily tournaments compared to the other joints.
Have played in the taj midnight twice and its a big turbo crapshoot.

I'll be playing Wed. 9/26. If anyone wants to track me down to say hello, I'll be wearing a Mets Billy Wagner T-shirt.

Played this the 25th through 27th, not a bad tournament, very few non tards playing, unf I only got deep in 1 and still didnt cash, also they switched to 15 minute levels as of wed night, said it was taking too long.

Apparently I got knocked out in one of them by the bad guy from Road trip:/

How long does it look like these are taking to finish?

Is there the usual AC final table chop when it is down to 3 or 4 players?
