what is his country tax law on gambling income?

[/ QUOTE ]

i believe his country is now america as far as taxes are concerned

[/ QUOTE ]

So then, he doesnt pay taxes on his online winnings. That is sweeeeeeet.

[/ QUOTE ]

He's originally from a country that doesn't have taxes on gambling winnings.

Later on, he has become a U.S. citizen.

I imagine "now" he pays taxes on gambling winnings...just like he's suppose to, and didn't pay taxes, when he wasn't suppose to.

Do you guys really think that the IRS doesn't keep tabs on people immigratting to the country that are worth 10 million plus?

Why would Antonius become a US citizen? He's giving up millions in taxes.

Is it not possible to just fly to canada and back with a renewed visa every 6 months?

Actually you are wrong, in Finland you have to pay taxes for poker winnings like any other income tax, if casino has licence outside European Economic Area like FTP does and believe me with money what PA is doing with poker tax-% is hiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh. If you are playing at casino what has licence inside EEA, winnings are taxfree. Dont know anything about tax-% in USA but in Finland if your incomes are 500k euros in year, your tax-% is 50%~.

Patrick is playing 5-8 events. Only events over $5000 for sure. The side games should be amazing for big boys.
