I'd get Scrubs as well. It's not over yet, but it's probably ending after this season. Great comedy!

The OC is ending after this year. But the only good season was the first and this one. 2 and 3 sucked ass.

Arrested Development was great, but was not a drama, which OP asked for. If we are including non-laugh track comedies, then the original BBC version of The Office is great also. It's actual-funny, not British-funny.

I rented Series 1 of The Office and didn't like it. I can't stand that sort of uncomfortable humor.

The Shield.

It's not finished but there are about 60 episodes so far and more starting up in April I believe.

Sopranos are all but done, and should be airing new episodes by the time you are able to catch up.

Like someone else said, twin peaks is quite good, but the ending is sort of disappointing. I'd still highly recommend it.
