Great DVD TV series that are finished

So I got into Lost and BStar Galactica and Entourage but I can't handle it any more. Seeing a season finale and waiting a whole year to watch more ruins it for me. So what are some really great series that I should see that are finished? I'm primarily interested in drama. Band of Brothers and Sports Night I've already seen.

West Wing? I'm not sure if its over or not, but there are like 50 seasons. Its also pretty kickass.

Star Trek: TNG (obv)
Futurama (yeah, I know it's coming back, but for now it's still finished)
Enterprise (season 1 is horrid, it gets better later on)
Stargate SG-1 (not quite over, shooting is done, second half of final season started airing in the UK last week)
Tilt (I know this is cliche, but the good thing about a miniseries is the whole thing is in one cheap box. $15ish at Sam's Club IIRC)

It's over. There's a box set of all seven seasons on sale at Sam's Club for $150ish IIRC.

Six Feet Under and Carnivale and Twin Peaks I'll definitely check out. I'll probably put the first season of WW on my list but I don't think I'll like it much since it seems rather political. Oz isn't my taste as far as I can tell and I have already seen tons of Seinfeld through reruns. Thanks for the suggestions.

There were 7 seasons (even though Bartlett went through 2 terms). Sorkin and company did the first 4. These are the ones you should watch. 5 and 6 totally suck, while the last season had its moments, but nowhere near 1-4 quality.
