The only way they get those foreign banks is by discovering those transactions in the records of domestic criminals utilizing their services. So they have to have probable cause to even look over any records from either neteller or their customers, and won't/can't get access to those from the poker sites. Of course they will try.

The only reason neteller is perhaps at greater risk is that 99% of their business is such transactions. If they were to move to aggressively market themselves as an e-wallet for protecting one's credit card info from online shopping site scams like fsp e-passporte does (I have both), then they could more legitimately fend off any inquiries.

And I'll tell you one thing. As soon as the actual language is known and how it will be interpreted by DoJ and banks, Calvin Ayre is going to be working on a way around it. He doesn't care because he already can't come to the US where he might be arrested. And then a smart guy like him is going to market that workaround to other sites to profit more.

Bottom line is that there is a will, and uless every crack and crevice is caulked tight there will be a way.
