Re: Question:
[ QUOTE ]
Would the Yankees have been better off moving Jeter to center field, keep him batting lead-off, moved A-Rod to shortstop, and signed Troy Glaus to play 3rd? [/ QUOTE ] If this means that Troy Glaus replaces Bubba Crosby / current Bernie Williams, then hell yes. |

Re: Johnny Damon is vastly overrated
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] Well if he had played his whole career in KC, it would be Johnny who? [/ QUOTE ] Yeah, but if he, Beltran, and Dye all played their whole careers in KC, he would be Johnny " left fielder for the World Champion Kansas City Royals" Damon. [/ QUOTE ] FYP. Beltran would play center. |

Re: Johnny Damon is vastly overrated
Damon has better range in center than Beltran. Beltran has the better arm though.
Yankees couldnt sign Glaus. He wasnt a free agent. They would've had to give up some to get him. |

Re: Johnny Damon is vastly overrated
Damon had better range 3 years ago probably. Now I'm not so sure.
