AQ OOP Reraise or call pf?

I'm checking a lot of forums lately from various NL stakes and I've been arguing with a guy that told me that reraising from the blinds with AQs or AQo (fullring..) is good. Is that suppose to be a EV+ play? Theres 2 hands that the guy said to reraise PF.

ok here we can argue with his play on the turn//river but he had a read and I feel he played the hand pretty good considering his read.

What I want to focus on here is the PF action. Would you reraise here if vilain is 19/11/2 with AQs OOP? If so why? Do you reraise everytime with AQS? The guy keeps arguing me that reraising here is a good play and I still don't understand why.

Note that he dosen't even have a fullstack in front of him, I didn't understand why. Also, the main beter here bets raises to 2$ which is far from a decent bet. I would understand reraising here but he was telling to reraise here to 12$... My point was that AQ isn't EV+ to reraise with from the blinds, especially OOP in fullring. I would be tempted to just call here because no matter what the bet is in this case, it might just be the vilain that dosen't know how to bet.

My main interogation here is why reraising OOP in fullring NL100 with AQ. In those two situations I feel that a call was the best play, if it's not why so? And why is it EV+ in those particular cases.

First hand, I reraise because I'm out of position with a vulnerable hand.. not gonna make much if I hit my A or my Q probably and you have a chance of taking it down preflop.

Hand 2, if you're gonna reraise, make it $8 here as there was a raise and a call.
