I dispise this sort of rhetoric.

I imagine there are those individuals out there who take pleasure in bad economic news and the death of American soldiers. But for you too sweep an entire political party underneath this umbrella is disgusting.

[/ QUOTE ]

That they belong under that umbrella is what is disgusting.

[/ QUOTE ]

I should have known better than waste my time replying to someone who's primary argument style is sweeping generalization.

Congrats on being the second person I've ever put on ignore.

Since there is no substance to your position other than to criticize mine, you wouldnt have lasted long anyway. I guarantee that Harry Reid and the DNC will be extremely upset if this became a trend.

If your party elects Rudy because he keeps saying 9/11 over and over your party has even less of a chance. A 3rd party conservative will run and take away to many votes for him to have a shot at beating either Hillary or Obama.

Stock market record highs

Dems don't give a crap.

[ QUOTE ]
Military and civilian casualties in Iraq lowest in 12 months last month

[/ QUOTE ]

lol, I'm sure everyone is doing a 180 on their view of the war because slightly less innocent people died last month. Time for a reality check dude.

[ QUOTE ]
100,000 jobs created last month
Core inflation stable
Consumer spending up
Construction and housing starts up

[/ QUOTE ]

Would you expect someone who supports universal health care to know/care about the economy?

Leftist voter turnout will be very high in 08', because of the war, and because we've had a republican president for 8 years. The interesting part will be if the anti-Hillary right will be motivated enough to take her down.

Hi Copernicus.

The republicans have thier own nightmare. There are a lot of republicans, me for instance, who are disenchanted with their own party.

I agree...right now. But its a year away from the election and small victories compound to rally and unify any organization as effectively as major defeats.

This is true; however, Hilary trumps all disenchantment tenfold. Republican problems don't result in creation of a socialist welfare state. See the current "children's health bill" and Hilary's "5k for babies" proposal. I will gladly take status quo over catastrophic social engineering tax increases.

Wrong. It's just a matter of the welfare recipients being different.
