That was my typo. July 23rd. I am hoping they just have the wrong status and didn't deliver it to someone else.

This is frustrating. I gave them a call. They say it was delivered on the 23rd which means I should have already had it. They assigned me a case number and are investigating to try and figure out where it is.

Very sorry to hear about the postal problems.

Ask you local post office if it is their policy to scan items as delivered when they reach the local station. I have run into a few offices that do this out of laziness, to save them from having to do this on the route. If they say this is their policy ask to speak to the postmaster and let him know that this is against national policy. If they argue ask for their supervisor's contact info.

This is the primary reason items show scanned as delivered and they are not or they are mis-delivered. If they scan on the route as they are delivering they are less likely to mis-deliver. Forces the carrier to take another look at the label. I have seen items scanned as delivered, get misplaced then get delivered days/weeks later, or not at all. One guy wrote me that a neighbor brought it over a couple of days later.

I did place a call earlier. They have assigned a case number to my inquiry. Even if they person scanned early, that was 4 days ago. I expect it would have come by now. I suspect they just delivered it to the wrong place. I also have Conjelco looking into it (though I don't put fault on them).

Well I finally recieved my shipment today. It woulod really have been great if they actually sent me what I ordered. Unreal. I am *VERY* disapointed with Conjelco. They shipped the wrong product. I ordered Fromm's short handed DVD and got Miller's limit DVD. I am going to contact them now.

Hmm, according to the US Postal Service track & confirm results my book was moved out of Foreign Customs on July 28 ... I wonder if it will be delivered tommorow - Monday 30?

Here's hoping.

GameBreaker

I am very sorry for the problems with your order.

While Conjelco and Professionalpoker are separate companies, we do the shipments for ConJelCo. When a new 2+2 title comes out we have 100's of orders to fill and cannot fill them all simultaneously. We do our best to fill them quickly and not to make mistakes, but sometimes mistakes are made. We will rectify the error.

Hah, it arrived this morning as I was going to work (Monday 30 in Australia). Not bad considering I ordered it on about the 24/25.
