Default Was this a good Fold?

I just played this hand on PP. As you can see I folded to an All-In reraise on the Flop. Do you think I made a good or bad Fold? And can you please tell me why?

Background info.: Our villain is running at 30/10/3.3 after about 115 hands and has only just sat down at the table.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($396)
CO ($200)
Button ($216.75)
SB ($246.80)
BB ($200)
Hero ($462.45)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
Hero calls $2, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, SB (poster) completes, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $6</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $28</font>, SB folds, BB calls $20.

Flop: ($58) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $40</font>, BB calls $198 (All-In), Hero folds.

Final Pot: $296

You can't fold top/top in a rr pot for 100bbs, ever, esp. v someone w/ laggy stats.

Also I assume if your limping AK your limping other hands like sc's and small pp's. Don't because you'll just get abused by good players who have position on you. Pf in 6max is raise/fold 1st in w/ very few exceptions.

I think it is a close fold. Some times you will be a hugh underdog and sometimes you will be a small favorit if you call. I can't really put him on a hand you will be a big favorit against. I would fold it as well unless I have a good read..
