Default 1/3 2/5 structure

How much tighter do you play? I find myself playing much tigher in the sb playing 3/6 5/10 and I also steal less. Is it weird that my vpip can be just a bit over 20 with loose passives playing? So a 1/3 blind structure + a lot of limpers (less open raising for me) = 22/15/2 somehow? Or should I still play more hands. I m like 25/17/3 playing tight 1/2 structure raising any pairs, any ace and just profiting from fold equity. Whats your vpip/pfr/AF when there s almost no fold equity against loose passives? I find it very difficult to play against people who dont fold and you never know where u re at.
