Default Poker Tracker PFR numbers translation to Range

Was wondering if any of the veterans here have a Pre Flop Raise translation chart that shows at the various Poker Tracker PFR numbers what the villain holding range is. Example at 2% its AA,KK,QQ and so on. At the very low numbers like this it's pretty straight forward but as the PFR goes up I thought it would be helpful to study it. Is this just a math exercise based on the ranking of hands? I realize that different opponents will value hands a bit differently but I'm really just looking for an overall guideline.
