Default The Squeeze Seat

Ever get stuck b/w two players going at it? I did yesterday and decided to try something new. Embrace the squeeze!

Super LAG on my left, medium Lag on my left. Both are always in the pot together, talking [censored] and basically berating each other.

2 3 5 Spread Limit Game, 10 to open $200 max bet.

I am in the big blind with 7 7. Super lag makes it 25 to go. Folded around to medium lag with the button who re pops to 125. Normally I would probably lay this down out of position even to a 'semi' lag.

I called with intention of getting stuck b/w the two and try and win a big hand.

Flop: 10 7 6 Rainbow

Two checks, button bets 150. I call, along with the super lag.

Turn 10 7 8 5

I check, super lag bets 200, button calls and I re pop for another 200. Both call.

River 10 7 8 5 5.

I bet 200, get raised 200 by super lag. Button mucks, raise, re raise, re raise, call.

LAG shows 8 5 for a smaller boat.

Thoughts on purposely putting yourself in b/w two players fighting over pots? Gamble more up front on occasion to get paid off huge in the end? Happened to work this time....

Awful board to slowplay. Especially with 2 lags who can be all over that flop.

I can't come up with a good enough way to make fun of your poor story so that will have to do.

there are many ways to take huge pots off of maniacs, sitting between them might be one of the worst, but it's nice no matter where you are when you hit your flop against them

in a spread limit game this is a pretty bad idea.

OP, nice try but what it really came down to is that you flopped a set in a big pot against two aggressive players. Not too much more to it, unfortunately.

ha this would be more fitting in the limit forum. calling the flop seems v bad and you miss a lot of action. the more like 200/400 limit this game plays the worse it is.
