i think i would bet a little more here on the flop and especially the turn, seems like villain is in call down mode? i dont think he would slowplay till the river if he had a 6. Not quite sure what to do with river.

The flop is fine, c/c the turn against this villain, river blocking bet is good.

Consider checking behind turn, you still don't beat 6x which is a likely holding.
