Default How do you handle an extremely aggresive player NLTRN

I just played a 22 hu turbo and ran into a reckless aggro player. I was able to win luckly due to giving him some beats (A3 vs A7, AJ vs AK). But what is the way to play against this type of player, especially when you cant seem to see a good starting hand or hit anything but bottom pair on the flop?

After a while I adjusted my play and stopped raising any hands and just let him walk the dog, but I'm curious to see what other players do to handle these types of players. Once the blinds got big enough I was able to make a few moves on him, but because villain is so aggressive and reckless I feel that if I do bluff he will call with a wide range of hands. Any thoughts?
