so i decided to go down to my gym for a workout and watch the game. at the end of the workout i decided to do a run, as soon as i moved the speed on the treadmill to 5.5 Theriot got a hit, so i decided i couldnt get off the treadmill or change the speed so i kept it up until the end of the inning. Needless to say, I almost killed myself cuz well im not that fit of a person. So yeah, that rally was all me

Awesome! Of course you now must run the treadmill each game until they lose again. Think of what great shape you'll be in if they put together a win streak!

All right, I'm riding my exercise bike in the 9th tomorrow. This should put us well over the top.

Sending my thoughts and prayers to the family and friends of Coach B. Lifelong Cub fan, originator of the Kerry Wood K signs, coach, mentor and friend. Enjoy your seat next to Harry and look after your Cubbies. You will be missed.

I met him at the Wood 20K game. He coached one of my friends, who was at the game with me. He was truly a die-hard fan, and I will never forget how much he enhanced the greatest game I have ever seen.

He was such a great guy. How old is your friend? 'B' was my PE teacher from 5th-8th grade and 8th grade Basketball coach... this was back in 1989-1992.

I went to the game tonight, thought after the 8th inning that it was going to be the rare < 2hr non-Maddux game, but that rally was sweet. It felt like Wrigley West--it was fun to be able to cheer a Bonds K without worrying that the dude sitting behind me might pour his wine over my head.
