FTP + Multi-Table + PT + PaHud = Freeze. Fix? (maybe)

I was getting annoyed at the lag this morning, so I tried turning animations off. It seemed to make it run a lot smoother.

I don't know about everyone else, but that freeze/lag seems to tilt the hell out of me.
