rakeaid not updated?

My rakeback is through rakeiad and my stats have not been updated since 8/6. I've seen them go for a couple of days without updates but never for this long. Anyone else who uses rakeaid having this problem?

You should try emailing them to find out why.

Rakeaid no longer posts here, I have agreed to post this on their behalf considering the circumstances:

"The stats will be updated at months end, FTP changed their file types and we're getting the problem fixed....all payments will be made as normal etc."

PA, thanks for posting that. Is it OK to post about rakeaid on this forum? I know there was a lot of drama earlier in the year. Any advice on where I could find discussions for this affiliate?

You are free to discuss their program here, they are not able to respond though. If there are players issues I have agreed to post any relevent response such as the above.

I believe they have a forum at Cardrunners. I don't have a subscription there so I'm not 100% sure, there is a rakeback forum there.

Christ, why can't they respond to their [censored] email. Rakeaid is such a pain in the ass. I wish Degen would sell the business to someone who knows what they're doing.
