Hmm, it seems like the OP's story and proof are legit. This makes me feel uneasy about keeping money on Stars (for the first time ever) as I make transfers to and from people pretty frequently.

I guess he doesn't have them...do you have any records of posting about this whole issue on the internets in the past at all? That should clear you right thurr, and partially verify you bringing it to their attention. It is odd they have no record of how they uncovered this whole thing at all and gives your story credence obviously. Dunno, I'm not very bright but if you posted about this at all previous on the nets, it pretty much verifies your story.

I don't know whether 2+2 covers this sort of thing. If not, you might try for help on casinomeister.com. casinomeister handles all sorts of disputes. The thing is though, if you have the original emails, preferably with replies, you don't need much help. If you don't have those things I don't see how anybody can help. Maybe previous internet posts might help, maybe not.

But I'd try casinomeister. Don't mess him about though, he doesn't like it. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
