Default settle an argument - which division is the best in football?

me and my roommate just had a knock down drag out argument over the best division - he is adamant it is the afc south, im adamant it is the nfc east. what do you guys think?

i just think jax tenn and houston are all vastly ovverrated (especially tenn who is just inept on offense right now) i think the giants and the redskins are better than jax and tenn and i think philadelphia is a lot better than houston.

also i think their aggregate won loss record is the same 23 wins and 13 losses for each - so it is really close

Jax > NYG
Tenn > Philly
Was is pretty close with Houston

The week 10 DVOA rankings aren't out yet.

As of week 9:

NFC East:
DAL 3
NYG 11
PHI 12
WAS 14

AFC South:
IND 2
TEN 5
JAC 9
HOU 23

So the AFC South wins if you go by average ranking (9.75 versus 10 for NFC East) or by number of teams in top 10.

FWIW, NFC West:
SEA 10
ARI 21
STL 31
SF 32
